MARKT BEAUTY MIRANDA COSGROVE NEUTROGENA GIVEAWAY SWEEPSTAKES (“Sweepstakes”)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. SWEEPSTAKES VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, RULE OR REGULATION AND OFFERED ONLY IN THE UNITED STATES; AND IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS, AGE 18 OR OLDER, OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (BUT SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDING U.S. TERRITORIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PUERTO RICO).

Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on November 15, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on November 19, 2010 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

THE SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes sponsor is MarkT Beauty Corporation, a California corporation, 9744 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 311, Beverly Hills, California 90212 (“Sponsor”).

HOW TO ENTER: Become a Fan of MarkT Beauty on Facebook, then enter the Sweepstakes by clicking on the “Sweepstakes” tab and completing the online sweepstakes registration form. Limit 1 entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning the prize will be determined by the total number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received.

PRIZE: 50 prizes will be awarded which will consist of the following: Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash Pink Grapefruit Foaming Scrub, Neutrogena Healthy Defense Liquid Moisturizer SPR 50 with Helioplex, Neutrogena Moisture Shine Lip Gloss in Healthy Peach, Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash Pink Grapefruit Facial Cleanser. Approximate total retail value is $72.

WINNERS: Winners will be randomly selected on November 22, 2010 from among all eligible entries received. Multiple entries received from any person or household in excess of the stated limitation will be void. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone on or around November 23, 2010.

If Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or a prize cannot be awarded to a potential winner for any other reason, that prize may be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, awarded to an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries.

Prizes are not transferable or substitutable and must be accepted as awarded. In the event any element of any prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor, Sponsor shall provide a substitute prize in its sole discretion. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable Federal, State and local taxes on the prizes.

ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible, you must be a Facebook account holder who “likes” MarkT Beauty and who is at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States. Employees of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retail dealers, advertising and promotional agencies, and any other individual or entity directly involved with this Sweepstakes, including immediate family members or those living in the same household, are not eligible.

CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS: All entries become the property of the Sponsor. No cash equivalent for any prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. To be eligible, all entry forms must be fully completed. Sponsor is not responsible for any entries that are illegible, misplaced, damaged, incomplete, late or not received. Sponsor may suspend, modify or discontinue this Sweepstakes at any time. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration, notice will be posted. In no event shall more prizes be awarded than the number of each type stated in the “Prizes” section above. All stated prizes will be awarded.

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likeness and hometown information for advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. All entry information collected may be used for the Sponsor’s internal purposes and to send you information about Sponsor’s products/ promotions but will not be provided or sold to third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Sweepstakes or legal procedure. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. All decisions of the Sponsor will be final and binding. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Sponsor and its agents, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies (a) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind outside those written in these Official Rules, (b) disclaim any implied warranty; and (c) are not in any way responsible or liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from acceptance and use of a prize. Winner assumes liability for injuries or damages of any kind caused or claimed to be caused by participating in the Sweepstakes, or by the acceptance, possession or use of any prize. By entering, all entrants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor from any claim, injury, damage, liability or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in this Sweepstakes and/or from the acceptance, receipt and/or use of any prize.

GENERAL: Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, communication failures or human error that may occur in the receipt or processing of entries, or for destruction of or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries and/or any entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these rules. All incomplete or non-conforming entries and their entrants will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information caused by human error which may occur in the receipt or processing of the entries; or for any errors, misprints or typographical mistakes in any advertising of the Sweepstakes or prize notification.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

WINNERS LIST: For the complete Sweepstakes winners list, available after the date of the drawing, send your request along with a self addressed stamped envelope to Sponsor at the address listed above, within thirty (30) days following the end of the Sweepstakes.
