MAKEUP MOMENT
Sculpted cheeks might feel ’80s—but not if you update them for today. To create Biel’s luxe look, Goodwin swept a mix of cream bronzer and blush along her cheekbones—and kept going right to the hairline. “It really gives a feeling of strong, modern luxury,” she said. “A flushed cheek is demure—a sculpted cheek is empowered.”
HAIR HOW-TO
For loose yet structured barrel curls, Townsend worked a dab of Moroccanoil Curl Intense Curl Cream between his hands and ran them through her spirals while the hair was still hot from the rollers. “Some curl creams leave hair stiff and crunchy, but this ones adds definition and a soft, believable hold,” he said. And another little secret? To boost the length and fullness of Biel’s hair for this decadent look, he added a few sections of Garland Drake hair extensions.
